Welcome to DickAlert.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Reports about minors (individuals under 18) are strictly prohibited. Any such content will be immediately removed, and violating users may face legal consequences. We have zero tolerance for content involving minors.

DickAlert is designed to create accountability for bad behavior, not to destroy lives. We expect users to exercise good judgment and fairness when posting alerts. Content that appears designed solely to cause excessive harm or damage may be removed at our discretion.
Posting an alert requires a one-time payment of $14.99. Additional features (images, homepage featuring) have additional costs as displayed during submission.
All payments are non-refundable except in cases where we determine content was removed due to our error. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Content that violates our terms and is removed will not be eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion. AI-assisted moderation and human review are used to enforce our policies.
Content flagged for policy violations will be reviewed by our team. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. DickAlert.com acts as a platform provider and does not verify the truthfulness of user-submitted content.
We are not liable for any damages, legal consequences, or disputes arising from content posted on the Platform. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DickAlert.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or content they post.
If we receive valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena) requiring disclosure of user information, we must comply. We will inform you of such requests unless prohibited by law or court order.
Individuals named in alerts may submit a defense response for a fee of $14.99. Defense submissions are subject to the same content guidelines and moderation policies as alerts.
By posting content on DickAlert, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but agree not to post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason we deem appropriate.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DickAlert.com is registered.
